How to Use It:

Apply 1–2 tablespoons of cold-pressed castor oil to the inner cotton side of the pack.

Cover the pack with plastic (a bag or Gladwrap) to avoid oil stains.

Place a towel over the plastic, then add a hot water bottle or heating pad for added absorption and comfort.
