How to Use It:

Apply 1–2 tablespoons of cold-pressed castor oil to the inner cotton side of the pack.

Place the pack oil-side down on the desired area (liver, abdomen, back, etc.).

Tie the attached strings for a snug fit.

Cover the pack with plastic (a bag or Gladwrap) to avoid oil stains.

Place a towel over the plastic, then add a hot water bottle or heating pad for added absorption and comfort.

Rest and relax for 30–60 minutes.

Store in a clean container or reusable bag. Wash as needed with gentle soap and air-dry.
