How to use:
Stop- Apply your essential oil blend on base of the neck where collarbones meet and on your pulse points (neck, wrists and temples) As your skin warms up the oils, your room will be filled with mindful meaning and the scents of the oils.
Inhale- Close your eyes and raise your wrists to your nose, inhaling deeply as you do. As you inhale, the molecules from the essential oils will trigger your limbic system a.k.a “your emotional brain”. As this happens, visualize the mind state you wish to achieve in this moment. Inhale the aroma for 15seconds.
Reset- Open your eyes, exhale deeply and step into the next moment of your daily journey with purpose.
