It has heart-shaped leaves and narrow flowers of deep, saturated red. It has a long history of traditional use in Southern Africa for the treatment of respiratory problems though the root is the part used medicinally.

Ingredients:

Ethanolic Extracts of Pelargonium sidoides 

Directions:

Adults and children over 12 years - Take 20 drops every 4 to 8 hours 

Children under 12 years - Take 10 to 15 drops every 4 to 8 hours 

Infants - Take 2 to 5 drops (in hot water) every 4 to 8 hours
