Cinnamon, Clove bud, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Grape seed oil, Lemon, Marjoram, Menthol, Peppermint, Pine, Tea tree, Thyme
Dosage:
Instill 1 drops in each nostril twice a day (Lie back and allow to drain)
