Ingredients:
Alfalfa Herb powder, Aloe ferox gel powder, Althea root, Black walnut hulls, Cascara Sagrada, Chicory wild cut, Hibiscus flowers, Horsetail Herb powder, Inulin, Irish moss, Lafti (Acidophilus), Lafti (Bifidus), Liquorice root extract, Mullein leaf powder, Passionflower powder, Peppermint leaves powder, Psyllium husk powder, Pumpkin seed powder, Stevia, Witch Hazel bark, Yellow Dock root cut.
Dosage:
Take 1 to 6 capsules with 500 ml water at least 30 min before supper.
You can take the capsules in the morning as well for a faster cleanse.
If you are used to taking laxatives, take it together in the beginning. Then only laxatives when needed.
