Burn a dried bay leaf to manifest a goal.
You will need:
- Bay leaf/leaves
- Permanent Marker or Pen
- White candle or any color of your choice, lighter or matches
- Fireproof container
- Choose the color of the candle based on your goal. Light it and set the mood (with music, silence or incense)
- Write your intention on thebay leave and focus on the energy you want to attract.
- Align your emotions with your intent. Visualize the feeling of recieving what you are asking for.
- Mindfully drop the bay leaf on the fireproof container.
- Let the candle burn as you meditate and allow yourself to sit as long as you are guided.
- give back the ashes to the earth and have faith that what you have asked for shall manifest.
Caution -Do not leave a burning candle and smoldering smudge stick unattended.
